Welcome to the Rewild your Life 30 Day Challenge!!
Are you a Nature Lover? Wild one? Environmentalist? Naturalist? City Dweller that needs a break?
Are you Over-worked? Stressed? Lacking inspiration? Mentally exhausted? Low energy?
I challenge you to “Rewild Your Life” with us starting September 1st.
What is this challenge all about?
We are hosting this challenge to help you reconnect with that inner wildness deep down in your soul. The goal will be to spend at least 30 minutes a day in a natural setting for 30 days without electronics (except to take pictures). Do you think you can do it?
We will be offering a free challenge and an upgraded challenge that includes an adventure guide book that will give you lots of information about nature connection, people making a difference in the world, inspiration, health tips, natural fitness, mental health, environmental tidbits and a special surprise that I think you’ll all love.
We have a private community group for all those who sign up so we can do this together and share our experiences through words and pictures. We are going to have a draw for a handful of amazing prizes from our generous sponsors, for people who sign up, so don’t wait any longer! BUT WHAT IF I DON’T LIVE NEAR NATURE OR I AM IN A CITY?
Even in most cities you can find a park, a beach, a nature area, botanical gardens, your own back yard if you have one, or even just a neighborhood with plenty of trees. You don’t need to go into the deep wild to find nature. Nature is always all around us, and participating in this challenge will help you to become more aware of it, no matter where you are.
