A family day sharing culture, stories, bush tucker and bush knowledge being held as a Reconciliation Week event.

Be welcomed on to Country by Barapa Barapa and Wamba Wamba people. Renowned Indigenous chef and guest speaker Mark Olive will prepare a bush tucker inspired gourmet BBQ. Hear the sounds of didgeridoo and story-telling with Ron Murray.

Discover the natural and cultural values of Trust for Nature’s beautiful property, Wanderers Plains.

Activities include: Campfire and bush tucker meal; Cultural and nature walks; Music and stories; and Painting and traditional crafts

Wanderers Plains is  20 minutes from Kerang on Lake Charm-Quambatook Rd, Budgerum East (follow the field day signs).

Travel in your own vehicle or buses will leave:
Gateway to Gannawarra Tourist Info Centre, King George St. Cohuna 12.30 pm.
Kerang Aboriginal Centre, 9 Nolan St. Kerang 1.00 pm.
Swan Hill Visitor Information Centre, cnr McCrae & Curlewis Streets, Swan Hill 12.30 pm.

Free. Includes afternoon tea and evening meal.
